Bekele Yutute's prized Ethiopian microlot hails from Kokose farm in Sidama, perched at a misty 2,345 metres where cool mountain air and cloud-kissed slopes coax extraordinary flavour from local landrace varietals. This anaerobic natural process coffee bursts with blueberry and blackcurrant notes, rounded by syrupy sweetness—a profile that earned Bekele's work 3rd place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence. Sourced through Mecota Trading, a direct-trade exporter championing smallholder farmers, every bag supports transparent, traceable coffee that tastes as good as it does responsibly.
