Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@allthingsanalogue.co.uk. If your return is accepted we will confirm with you how to send back the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift vouchers, pre-booked events or workshops.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note: if you are returning an item(s) because you have changed you mind you may be refunded the cost of the item minus the original transaction fee charged to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Books or items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@allthingsanalogue.co.uk
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item you can contact us at hello@allthingsanalogue.co.uk. If your exchange is accepted we will arrange for the item(s) return and exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, this may be possible if your order has not already been dispatched. Please note that a cancelation fee will apply to cover the original transition fee charged to us that we do not get refunded when an order is canceled.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping option so that you know when the order has been returned to us. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
