COLLECT FROM STORE (FREE)
You can collect from our Eastbourne store by choosing this option at checkout. When your order is ready for collection we will contact you to let you know.
UK SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days and all orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Bank Holiday will usually be sent out on the following Tuesday. Our standard shipping options are:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) - £3.49
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £4.49
Royal Mail Tracked 48 for Large/Heavy Items (2-3 working days) - £6.99
Free UK delivery on orders over £40 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)*
*Available on most items. There are a few oversizes/heavy items which do not qualify as they require postage as a medium parcel. This should be noted in the item description.
Our packing supplies are boxes, envelopes, tissue paper and packing paper. We reuse packaging where possible to reduce our impact on the environment. We do not make profit from our P&P, all prices are based on current Royal Mail guidelines.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*We are not currently shipping to the U.S. due to the ongoing challenges surrounding tariffs.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked.
Shipping to Europe is estimated at 5 - 8 working days.
Shipping to the rest of the world is estimated at 7 - 10 working days.
Please be aware that orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes when they arrive, depending on your country of residency.

ORDERS THAT INCLUDE PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order includes a combination of pre-order and non-pre-order items, it will be shipped together once the pre-order stock arrives. Please check pre-order release dates.
Please note: If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you will need to cover the replacement postage for your package to be re-set to the correct address.
