POSCA Pencils with a unique formula containing more oil than wax, making the colours more vibrant and striking than regular oil pencils. Featuring a soft and smooth finish suitable for a wide range of drawing techniques including blending, stippling, hatching, free-shading, and outlining.

Suitable for use on light and dark paper and can be used with both water and turpentine to create endless effects.
