POSCA Pencils with a unique formula containing more oil than wax, making the colours more vibrant and striking than regular oil pencils. Featuring a soft and smooth finish suitable for a wide range of drawing techniques including blending, stippling, hatching, free-shading, and outlining.
Suitable for use on light and dark paper and can be used with both water and turpentine to create endless effects.
These pencils blend seamlessly together whilst including six levels of intensity that carry a deep, rich concentration on every page.
